Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective on February 27, 2016

This Privacy Policy describes the practices that Liviara, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Liviara, ” “we” or “us”), follows with respect to the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of information collected through its website, (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect from the Site, and does not apply to any other website, application or business activity of Liviara. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, maintenance and disclosure of this information by us.

We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time. When we do, we will give you notice of the revised Privacy Policy by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Site and by revising the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the current privacy policy.

Information We Collect

We collect “personally identifiable information” and “usage information.”

“Personally identifiable information” is information that tells us who you are or allows us to contact you, such as your name, physical address, payment information and e-mail address. “Usage information” is information that may be automatically collected by our web server (which may be hosted by a third-party) that your web browser makes available whenever you visit or use our Site, such as your computer type, browser type and IP address.

We may collect personally identifiable information when you use or create an account with the Site or edit or update account information, when you make a purchase via the Site or submit a review, or if you voluntarily choose to provide it to us. For example, we may collect your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card information.

You can choose not to provide personally identifiable information to us. However, if you do not provide such information, you may not be able to create or use an account or make a purchase, so your ability to use the Site may be limited to those features available to unregistered users. Additionally, most browsers can be configured to reject cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. However, if you refuse to accept cookies, it is possible that some portions of the Site may not function as intended.

We may collect “usage information” anytime you view and/or interact with the Site or its pages, features and functionality. For example, we may collect your IP address, browser type, operating system version, and information regarding your browsing activities.

The Site may also use cookies to provide us with information about the activities of users. This includes information such as pages and content viewed, the time and duration of visits and whether a user clicked on an advertisement. Cookies can also be used to recognize users and maintain data related to a particular individual, including passwords, if you choose to have your browser “remember” this information. Cookies can also be used to determine what sites you visited before and after visiting the Site. Cookies cannot be used to access any personally identifiable information from your computer. If you would prefer not to accept cookies, you can modify the settings on your specific web browser. You may refer to your browser’s online help feature or the user’s manual for instructions on how to do this. We, our advertisers or our ad serving companies may also use “web beacons” or “clear gifts” to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them.

Disclosure and Use of Information We Collect

We use personally identifiable information for the purposes for which it is provided and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. For example, we may use personally identifiable information to fulfill your order or process your return/exchange; to communicate with you for marketing and promotional purposes; to respond to e-mails; to provide customer support; and to establish your online account.

We may provide your personally identifiable information to third parties who provide services to us. For example, we may provide information to those third parties who fulfil, package, ship and/or deliver products; who provide services in connection with the Site or any feature thereof; who provide billing services or process payments; and to companies who provide marketing services on our behalf. If you submit a product or website review to us, we may also post it on the Website or otherwise disclose it publicly, along with your city and/or state.

We may disclose personally identifiable information to affiliated companies, our parent company and sister companies.

We may use usage information to help us run and maintain the Site, customize the visitor’s experience, study traffic patterns, and generally learn about usage. We may disclose this information to our affiliates and third parties, including, but not limited to, our advertisers.

We may use cookies to recognize users and maintain data related to a particular individual, including passwords, if you choose to have your browser “remember” this information.

We may use and disclose personally identifiable information and automatic information when we have reason to believe that using and/or disclosing this information is necessary to investigate, identify, contact, or take action against someone who may have engaged in illegal activities or breached our Terms of Service or who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other users of our Site, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. We may also disclose personally identifiable information when we reasonably believe that the law requires it.

We might sell or buy subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, personally identifiable information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that our assets are sold, personally identifiable information may be one of the transferred assets.

We do not track users across websites, and therefore the Site does not respond to “do not track” signals. Nor do we authorize the collection of personally identifiable information on the Site for third party use.

Privacy of Children

The Site is a general audience application. We do not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from users of the Site who are under the age of thirteen.

If we become aware that a Site user is under the age of 13 and has participated in activities requiring the disclosure of personally identifiable information, we will remove that child’s information from our files. No information collected from children under the age of 13 will be knowingly used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Updating Your Information

If you would like to review and/or request changes to any of your personally identifiable information collected through the Site, you may contact the administrator of your account.

Information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet is not 100% secure. As a result, we do not ensure, warrant or guarantee the security or integrity of such information. We will not be responsible for disclosure of any information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.

You help to maintain the security of your personally identifiable information stored in our systems by keeping your username and password confidential and protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
